    Booking options for a booth

    There are two distinct options available for booking your booth space: You may opt for the space only (inclusive of standard power supply and a standard carpet), or a full package which includes also walls and furnishing. 

    The exhibition

    The technical exhibition will be held from 14 - 18 June, 2026.

    The space available for exhibition at the Austria Center Vienna accommodates 100+ exhibitors.

    SPACE ONLY

    The exhibition area is divided into different categories:

    • Cat. 1 € 485,-/m² (yellow area)
    • Cat. 2 € 460,-/m² (pink area)
    • Cat. 3 € 435,-/m² (green area)

    The standard booth includes:

    • Stand area
    • 1 electrical socket outlet (3-way plug) up to 1,1kW
    • Carpet in standard colour (carpet tiles in dark grey)
    • Conference registration (6 m²: 1 registration, 9 m²: 2 registrations)
    • Lunch buffet for 4 days
    • Welcome reception
    • Virtual exhibitor platform on the Conference website

    Further furniture, catering etc. can be booked additionally.

    Please note that the venue has an exclusive catering contract with the Motto Catering GmbH. No other caterer is allowed.

    FULL PACKAGE

    The exhibition area is divided into three different categories:

    • Cat. 1 € 560,-/m² (yellow area)
    • Cat. 2 € 535,-/m² (pink area)
    • Cat. 3 € 510,-/m² (green area)

    The standard booth includes:

    • Stand area and walls
    • 1 table and chairs (6 m²: 2 chairs, 9 m²: 3 chairs)
    • 1 electrical socket outlet (3-way plug) up to 1,1kW
    • A simple stand lettering (company name (without logo) in b/w and the booth number)
    • Carpet in standard colour (carpet tiles in dark grey)
    • Conference registration (6 m²: 1 registration, 9 m²: 2 registrations)
    • Lunch buffet for 4 days
    • Welcome reception
    • Virtual exhibitor platform on the Conference website

    Further furniture, catering etc. can be booked additionally.

    Please note that catering (lunch and coffee breaks, see map below) provided throughout the exhibition area ensures a good visibility of all exhibitors.

    In addition the welcome reception on Sunday evening will be held in the exhibition area.

    Green Meeting

    As we are holding this event as part of a Green Meeting, exhibitors are also required to adhere to various guidelines. These must be signed and complied with in the contract. 

    Information about travelling to the destination:

    • Local connections by public means of transport: Wiener Linien (more information on this Google Map).
    • You will find prices and departure times if you click at the stops on the Google Map.
    • CO2 compensation of travelling to the destination by car: co2.myclimate.org

    Information about the accommodation:

    • We would be pleased if you spent the night at an eco-certified enterprise.  You will find a list at here. Or you select an accommodation at walking distance from the venue.
    • Select accommodations for your staff members which are as close as possible to the venue.

    Information on waste avoidance and waste separation:

    You are obliged to comply with the waste management concept provided for for this event. Please try to avoid as much of the waste as possible right from the beginning:

    • Reduce the volume of the material to be transported and to be stored as far as possible.
    • Refrain from mass distribution of flyers or other printed matter, hand out printed matter only upon request, or give preference to electronic information transfer (e.g. indication of links for download etc.).
    • Use 100% recycling paper or at least paper bleached completely without the use of chlorine (TFC) for the required printed matter, or commission a certified printing company with the printing job according to the Guidelines of the Austrian Ecolabel.
    • Reuse the remaining brochures at other events.
    • For the purposes of resource saving and waste avoidance you are kindly requested to refrain from giveaways (except for product samples). If this should not be possible, use durable and/or reusable products made of environmentally sound materials (domestic wood, natural fibres) without synthetic individual packaging, without batteries, from fair trade, or with certified quality seals.
    • Give preference to cloth and paper bags over plastic bags.
    • Return your badges/name tags at the registration desk after the event.

    Please dispose wastes which are nevertheless generated according to the following requirements:

    • Our colour system for waste separation: Residual waste, cardboard/paper, packages (foil, plastics, tetra pack), glass, metal, organic waste (see respective figure)
    • Small dividing islands can be found on the whole premises of the event.
    • Big containers for residual waste, cardboard, paper, packages (shrink film, plastics, tetra) glass, metal, and organic waste can be found at: (will be announced shortly).
    • At the end of the event numerous division islands (residual waste, cardboard/paper, valuable materials) will be at your disposal at (will be announced shortly).
    • Please inform immediately about glass breakage, spilled products at the fair office or the fair phone  (+43 will be announced shortly)

    Information about energy:

    • Turn off electricity during the assembly of the booth and during night; do not leave the standby function of appliances on during the night.
    • Don’t use any “open front” cooling devices.

     

    RESERVATION and Conditions

    Below you will find the exhibition map. Free booths are marked in green. To make a reservation, please click on the desired stand.

    If you need a larger area, you simply add additional booths by clicking on the respective areas, and fill out the request form.

    Please make sure that you upload your logo in a small resolution. If it is too large or not in an image format, the booking will not work. 

    Once you have made your online reservation, the stand is reserved for you. You will automatically receive an e-mail with the exhibitor contract which must be signed, including the Green Meeting Agreement (mandatory), and returned to exhibition@icsmge2026.org

    The booth will be considered firmly booked only upon receipt of the contract and the Green Meeting agreement.

    Payment is due after receiving the invoice, which will be sent by early 2025. 

    The cancellation policy is as follows:

    for cancellations until 28.02.2026: 50%
    for cancellations until 30.04.2026: 75%
    for cancellations after 30.04.2026: 100% (except when naming a replacement exhibitor)
