Important information for your first login:

To get started right away, you will need to set a new password during your first login. It’s easy:

Enter your email address you used for the booth reservation.

For your first login, you must set a new password. Use the "Forgot password" function to create one.

You will receive an email with a link to set your new password. (Please also check your spam folder.)

Take this opportunity to verify your data (address, phone number, etc.).

Once logged in, you will be able to:

Register your stand staff and participants directly,
Pay invoices online by credit card or instant transfer,
Book additional services such as workshops, excursions, etc.

You also have the option to present your company on the virtual platform. You can enter or upload your data, such as videos, images, flyers, informational text, etc.".

GENERAL INFORMATION FOR EXHIBITORS

There are two types of booth bookings: Depending on which option you have chosen, you will either have a space-only option or a full package. In any case, the following items are included in your package:

Stand area
Main power connection (1,1kW) including 1pc of 3-way socket.
Carpet standard colour (dark grey carpet)
Conference tickets (6 m²: 1 ticket, 9 m²: 2 tickets)
Lunch buffet for for 4 days
Welcome Reception
Virtual exhibitor platform on the Conference website

Furniture and catering etc. can be booked additionally (see below).

The full package additionally includes the following points:

shell scheme booth - Walls white (h=2,5m)
1 table (120x70cm) and chairs (6 m²: 2 chairs, 9 m²: 3 chairs)
Fascia lettering ( Stand number + company name) black on white fascia

Attention: The maximum construction height for booths is 2.50 meters.

For the extra charge of € 70.44 your stand lettering can also be created in color and with logo. Please send graphics for this as .eps file to Mr. Markus Kreuzberger. Please upload a vectorized logo file and check out the fascia upgrade in the webshop first.

Opening hours of the exhibition:

Sunday, 14.06.2026 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. (Welcome Reception)
Monday, 15.06.2026 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Tuesday, 16.06.2026 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Wednesday, 17.06.2026 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Thursday, 18.06.2026 8:30 a.m. - 3:45 p.m.

We would like to point out that the lunch buffet for all congress participants will be distributed throughout the building and therefore the exhibition stand should be manned throughout.

Dismantling:

Thursday, 18.06.2026 at the earliest from 3:45 p.m. (AFTER the last break).The dismantling must be completed by 8:00 p.m. and all goods should also be picked up by the handling company. We would like to ask you to dismantle the stand only AFTER the last break.

We kindly ask you to note that, due to lack of space, no goods can be stored in the Congress Centre over the weekend.

The Austrian Society for Geomechanics reserves the right to impose a penalty fee on exhibitors who dismantle their booth after 8:00 p.m. or or fail to have their materials collected on time.

Delivery

IML - Messe Logistik GmbH is our official freight forwarding, customs and on-site handling agency.
Transporting goods within the Austria Center Vienna is only possible with our freight forwarding partner.
Our logistics partners will ensure that your deliveries arrive without a hitch.

Delivery Instructions for Exhibitors

By Truck:
Exhibitors delivering their materials directly by truck to the ACV logistics partner IML are kindly requested to use Gate 1 for both delivery and pickup.

Exhibitors who hire a freight forwarder must follow the instructions provided by IML. Materials will be delivered directly to each exhibitor's booth. All materials must arrive at the congress center no later than 10. June 2026 (the deadline for air freight arrival at Vienna Airport is 09. June 2026).

By Car:
Exhibitors who are delivering or collecting their materials exclusively by car (vehicle height must not exceed 2 meters) should proceed to Gate 4. From Gate 4 (Level -3), freight elevators provide access to the exhibition areas (Yellow Level 0 and Green Level 1). Please note that parking at Gate 4 is not permitted. Vehicles must be removed immediately after unloading. Parking is available on Deck 1 and Deck 2.

Additionally, please be aware that both Gate 1 and Gate 4 offer freight elevators with a capacity of up to 3 tons. These are strictly for goods and not for passengers. Exhibitors must use designated passenger elevators.

Please note that pallet jacks, sleds, or similar equipment for transporting goods you have delivered yourself to or from the stand will not be available.

Important:

All packages, regardless of their type, must be sent to IML. Packages sent directly to ACV cannot be accepted and will be returned to the sender!

There are no pallet jacks or similar transport devices available at the location. If required, please ensure to bring your own equipment.

The conference organizer, the Austrian Society for Geomechanics, does not cover any transport, storage, or handling costs.

Catering

We would like to urgently inform you that our convention center has an exclusive catering contract with Motto Catering GmbH and it is not allowed to bring your own drinks or food to serve your guests.

A Motto Catering webshop for your individual catering needs will be available by the end of 2025.

We recommend that you take out exhibition insurance to cover possible damage claims.

If you intend to send exhibition material by forwarding agent or by mail, we provide the contact address of The Austria Center Vienna below: Please use this address exclusively! If possible, the shipment should arrive only one day before exhibition set-up and should be marked with "ICSMGE 2026".
